I myself have been working on an EVE mini-series using 3D programs. I'm glad to see that more people are going into this area because IMO most of the other movies are like home movies and really only interesting to hardcore PvPers or people who were there. They document an event but for the most part lack a story. I hope to get a trailer out for my mini-series, Visions of EVE, in a few weeks... could be two months. The technical beauty of WildCard's work is clear for all to admire but an advert for EVE it can never be....well not on a commercial stage anyway. Well, at least not if they try to pass it off as the game itself. A simple label could be sufficient to avoid lawsuits. Afterall, game commercials use cinemas from the games all the time... though I suppose since the cinemas are included with the game it might be different. But without trying to belittle the fantastic job done here, CCP is a whole company.
